Printing in MS Access

Before Printing make sure that you’ve added your first initial and last name as a FIELD in your TABLE!

Datasheet View – Print like normal – the printer should be HSCLA

Design View

1. Open Table in Design View

2. Hit “ALT” + Print Screen

3. Minimize MS Access

4. Open MS Word

5. “Paste” – CTRL + V

6. Print to HSCLAB

Turn In

1. Cover sheet

2. Datasheet view

3. Design view

4. PLANNING!
